Phone cases don't fit, just like the other one I got from amazon. Same cases different name. Camera cutout is a no-go. Too big on bottom.

I have purchase two phones from Giztop. The first was shipped to an address in America and the second was to my home country of Trinidad and Tobago. I bought on a Friday and the following Tuesday I already had half of my order at home (Spain). The other half came a week later. Very fast shipping, the deal with them has been 10, answering all my questions. 0 problems with Customs. Highly recommended page to buy.

I appreciated the relatively quick shipping. It costs a lot, but quick just the same. The website is pretty-well designed. I wish more people would rate the quality of the products. One of the cases I received was pretty poor in quality and broke after 2 days of use.

My phone arrived 2 days earlier than expected, the package was well wrapped, coming from China, the only thing, there was no set up guide in English, and extra fees (100 bucks CND) from customs, had to look up guide on the web, still learning all the features. Very nice phone. Fast charging.

They don't keep their promises. Bought a new smartphone here and asked on the chat if there were any additional charges. There they had told me, if you use this shipping method there will be nothing extra. Bought and 1 day after shipping I get a message that there were additional charges. Contacted them and showed a screenshot where it says there is no extra charge, to which they replied that this was not up to date. I then suggested them to pay half and send another small gift. This was not possible for them either. Unfortunately, I am now going to buy my next item from tradingshenzhen.

I purchased a ONEPLUS 11 from Giztop, but after around one month, I can´t make calls anymore.

Currently, I contacted customer service and I hope they have a way to fix this problem.

Long story short very bad company be aware you pay in dollars if anything happens refund will be much less, long processing times they lie everything ignore emails, asked delete my account and personal data ignored simple scammers.

I bought a new cellphone and it arrived faster than I thought. Excellent service and the service by customer was impeccable. Such great experience.
